Leadership Development
CREATING FUTURE LEADERS.
Our high school leadership development program, Leaders-in-training, is a three-year professional development and work experience opportunity that equips participants for college and careers.
Scheduled programming builds up student skills, beginning with job training and moving to eligibility for onsite paid work experience.
Higher education preparation within the program includes College Writing, SAT Preparedness, Worldview and Strategies for College Success.
Students within the program may also qualify for college scholarships.
The program operates year-round, for a total of twenty weeks.
